KIND AI tracking and shooting system KD-AI588T is an artificial intelligence system running on a Linux system. It can recognize the person information in the video frame, automatically/manually capture the target person, and control the PTZ camera to track and shoot the target person in real time.

The system has human type recognition, action recognition, and facial recognition capabilities (able to recognize specific individuals). Collect facial information of the target person (supporting 100 people) through backend control, assign priority to this information, and set start stop switches. The tracking system prioritizes determining the tracking target based on human behavior and facial recognition information, and can also manually select the tracking target through the backend. Once the target is tracked, it is necessary to lock onto it at all times until it leaves the tracking area. This tracking system can lock onto the target person in a cluttered multi-target scene without losing them, ensuring smooth and stable tracking. And make corresponding responses based on the backend settings, such as maintaining tracking, returning to the initial position, and sending switching codes, etc.

Parameter settings

1. Network settings

Wired network: Connected to the router through RJ45 interface, it can automatically assign IP or manually set IP

WIFI network: Connect to the router through WIFI. The initial connection needs to enter the backend settings through other means, and then it will automatically connect afterwards.

Equipment factory fixed IP address: 192.168.48.1, providing 1 factory settings button.

2. Backend settings

Tracking status preview: Presented in the form of a video. Display the main tracking screen and mark the tracked target within the screen. Display the panoramic camera image and mark the tracked target with the participation of the panoramic camera.

Tracking target selection: Facial and human body tracking, priority can be set, priority can be manually selected.

Behavior analysis settings and status prompts: Set up the aforementioned behavior detection. You can set tracking enable/stop, actions that the camera needs to take after detecting behavior, switching codes, and enable/disable status. Behavior status detected by text prompts.

Tracking parameter settings: It is possible to manually control the PTZ movement, preset position settings, and call of conference cameras. Set the PTZ motion speed for tracking. Set tracking sensitivity. And other parameters related to tracking and behavior analysis. Text prompt for current PTZ camera PTZ position information (see PTZ camera control command for details).

Facial recognition settings: Collect and store facial information. Each facial information has priority settings and enable/disable settings.

Network settings: Set up wired network and WIFI.

Tracking principle

PTZ camera: tracks the main camera. Tracking achieved through changes in three parameters of Pan Tilt Zoom.

Panoramic camera (optional): If there is a panoramic camera and the background settings are enabled, the camera is used for delineating the tracking area and assisting in positioning. The camera maintains a fixed position and focal length (fixed focus head) during use.

KD-AI588T: Analyze the images of PTZ cameras and panoramic cameras (optional), find tracking targets, and control PTZ camera tracking.

Detecting behavior

KD-AI588T can detect the following behaviors and take different actions based on them, including controlling camera actions and sending switching codes. The switching code can be set in the background. Each action detection can be turned on and off in the background.

Character actions/camera actions/switching codes

Movement within tracking area - Keep track, no switching code.
Target Leaving Tracking Area and Target Loss - Return to Initial Position.
Target entering tracking area and target appearing - keep tracking.
